Founded in 2024 at VinUniversity (private university established by Vingroup – a $28.5bn conglomerate), Themis utilizes sBERT, NLP, and LLM to summarize and analyze commercial contracts. ​​
Our platform assists SMEs entering Vietnam, including importing from and exporting to the market, to be in line with Vietnamese regulations,
at lower costs than conventional services.
